What is London Local Box?

London Local Box is the FIRST EVER subscription box that brings locally made items from London small businesses to your doorstep.

What comes inside a London Local Box?

When you sign up for London Local Box you will receive a box filled with 4 gifts including, apparel, accessories, jewelry, home decor, art, stationery & more!

How are the items chosen for the boxes? 

Each box is carefully curated by our team.  Once a box theme has been chosen, then we work on curating fun and unique items that fit the theme of the box for your awsome un-boxing experience. We scour the City of London for high quality, unique and often handmade  products from independent sellers that you may not come across on your daily travels. We try out and use all of the products selected in advance to be sure it’s something we love and that you will too!

How often will I get this box?

You will receive a new London Local Box every month. From time to time we will also offer an EXCLUSIVE limited edition box that you may also opt in to if you wish.

Subscribing 

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept credit card payment through either Stripe of Paypal!

What Is The Value of Each Box?

The products we offer include apparel, jewellery, home decor etc. which are often handmade from independent artisans, therefore every box will have a RETAIL VALUE OF $60-90 CAD.

During my excitement of signing up, I may have accidentally purchased two subscriptions. What should I do?

Email us at info@londonlocalbox.com as soon as possible, and we will look into your account for you. If a refund is needed, we’re happy to provide it as quickly as we can.

Shipping

We hand deliver boxes inside of the City of London. Orders outside of the city will be charged a delivery fee. We can also deliver to your office, business or place of employment.

When will my London Local Box be shipped to me?

We always ship our boxes around the 1st of every month. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, boxes will be shipped on the following Monday.

Accounts & Billing

If this is your first time signing up you will be billed immediately for your first subscription. After that, you will be billed on the 1st of the month for your next box.

How do renewals work?

When you sign up to London Local Box you will be charged immediately for the  subscription box plan you have chosen (monthly, 3 month, or 6 month plan). Once your  subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle until you decide to switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription. For example: Monthly Plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of every month. You will be charged for one box every month unless you have changed your plan. 3 Month Plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of the month, after you have received 3 London Local Boxes. You will be charged again for another 3 boxes, unless you have changed your plan. 6 Month Plans: Renewals take place on the 1st of the month, after you have received 6 London Local Boxes. You will be charged again for another 6 boxes, unless you have changed your plan.

My renewal failed. I don’t want to lose my subscription! What can I do?

Don’t panic! You have until the 5th of the month to make sure your credit card information is updated correctly. Our system will automatically attempt to charge your card the following day. Update your info and you’ll be all set!

Refund & Exchange

London Local Box subscription boxes are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once shipped, unless products are damaged or missing.

In the event that your box is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid mailing address, then we can either 1. Issue you a refund less the cost of shipping (see Shipping Fees above), or  2. We can ship your box to your corrected address after you pay the shipping fee for us to re-ship your box. Please note:  Refunds can take up to 5-10 days to show up on your statement depending on how quickly your bank and/or credit card company processes it.

Cancelling Your Subscription

I need to cancel my subscription. How do I do this?

We’re sad to see you go! You can email your cancellation request to info@londonlocalbox.com.

Reviewer, Vendor & Media Inquiries

I’m a business selling items that would be a good fit in your boxes! How do I get my items into a box?

Wonderful! Send us more information about your business/products to  info@londonlocalbox.com. You must also be willing to send us samples of  the items. Unfortunately, due to the amount of inquiries we receive, we can’t respond to every email. If we’re interested in your items we’ll let you know!
